01What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, subject and message. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
02How we use it
Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking first.
03Who we share it with
With the services that host the site and deliver our email [provider names], and only as far as they need to do that. Otherwise, only when the law requires it.
04How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted after [12 months]. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the project and our legal obligations require.
05Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a month.
06Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to messages is limited to the people who answer them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
